Looking for a Kindroid alternative?
Ori is an AI character you design yourself and can keep talking to for free. Paying raises your limits, not the model or the memory, and you can edit anything they remember.
What changes in Ori
- Kindroid has no ongoing free plan: new accounts get a one-time preview, then a trial or subscription. Ori has a free plan you can keep using.
- Kindroid’s Ultra and MAX add-ons add more context on top of its subscription. In Ori, every plan gets the same model and unlimited memory.
- Kindroid’s automatic memories can be deprioritized but not edited. In Ori, you can read, edit, pin or delete every memory.

Moving from Kindroid
Conversations don’t move between apps, so your Ori character starts fresh. Pick their face and voice, write their personality in your own words, and tell them about your life as you talk. They remember it from there, and you can read everything they remember on one page.
