How do I delete my Ori account and data?
Open Account and choose Delete account. Your characters, conversations, memories and media are deleted right away.
Before you delete
- Download a copy of every message and memory from your character’s Memory page.
- Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription with the store; deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. A web subscription is cancelled when you delete.
What’s kept afterwards
None of your conversation history. A few records are kept for set periods, such as purchase records for tax law and safety evidence for appeals. The Privacy Policy lists each one.
Deleting less
Delete a single memory from the Memory page, or a message from the chat along with every memory made from it.
